Private Adult Snorkeling Practice
MidCoast Scuba Center's private adult snorkeling practices are conducted on a private, one on one basis to fit your schedule in one of our warm indoor practice pools.
One of our Professional Instructors / DiveControl Specialists will assure your comfort and confidence while practicing and learning snorkeling skills and techniques.
Our Pro's will assist you in the proper selection of the right
snorkeling equipment; mask, fins (you will
prefer the new split fin design
s for ease of moving through the water), and introduce you to dry snorkels, which will remedy half of the problems associated with learning to snorkel properly, in comfort and with confidence.

The SSI Diver Diamond
The Scuba Schools International Diver Diamond applies to snorkeling as well as scuba. Four areas must be addressed for you to have the best snorkeling experience; Knowledge, Skills, Equipment and Experience. At MidCoast Scuba and Snorkel Center we base your snorkeling practice sessions on these four tenets of the SSI Diver Diamond.
Knowledge

Skills
During your private snorkeling session you will be shown the how-to's of proper snorkeling techniques and allowed to practice under the skillful eyes of our experienced instructors.
